Songs that were on my computer at the start of Year 2007 had the best chance of getting on this list. That's why it is remarkable that Midnight Oil's "Put Down That Weapon", yes a song from 1986 but not added to my digital collection until December 6, 2007 (11:32 AM to be exact), made #3 on the list.
Best Friends Forever's "My Head In Front Of Your Head", Joe Riepenhoff's "Theme From Modus Operandi", and "Sink, Florida, Sink" by Against ME! were all songs that I covered.
It is also interesting to note that "Sink, Florida, Sink" and "Throwaway Style" were all previous #1's, respectively in 2005 and 2006.
Finally, the chords to the #1 song, "The Loneliness Song": D, A, G. All major, in that order, over and over through chorus and verse.
