Making sushi is so freaking easy. All you need is the sticky rice, rice vinegar, nori and then the stuff you want to put inside. That's it. Oh, you'll also need a sharp knife to cut the rolls. You do not need a rolling mat.

We also used the wasabi that comes in a powder form.

With four people, it was constant making and eating.
