Somewhere in Wisconsin
Inspired by Mary, I'm doing a 21-day challenge and getting rid of diary in my diet (for 21 days). I'm lactose intolerant anyway. I think I messed up once since I started over a week ago. She's giving up refined sugar.
And just like her, I'm stockpiling foods that will be "released" to me in a couple of weeks. Her cupboard has these crazy coconut-flavored snacks; mine has ready-to-eat paneer.
